USACE plans a $1.9M security envelope around the Navajo Generating Station decommissioning. multi-year perimeter for the ash-yard remediation. Project is at planning stage; bid documents expected 2026-Q3. Site is 220 miles from PHX branch, near the edge of the 300-mile coverage. The remoteness is actually a fit for the mobile-tower model. there's no permanent-cam vendor that'd compete on cost for a 36-month temporary install.
